We order curbside pick up and they never took it out to us. Had to go inside after 10 minutes to see it was sitting on their... waiting rack. Two people were sitting down not doing anything. I understand if it took a while or if their hands were full. Very disappointed. Read more
I got an email that I was supposed to get a free pizza because they were late to deliver the car takeout, and I went to claim... the pizza from the email and it said it would redeem points to my account via email. I did not have a Domino's account, so Imade an account with the very same email, expecting that the points would show up. Unfortunately it appears that the points justdisappeared. I called the store to see if they could do anything but they refused to do anything about it. Really frustratingwhen I was looking forward to what they had promised all weekend. TLDR Domino's does not make good on their promises or "deals"and the level of customer service especially in the Springville store is basically non-existent. Went in and ordered carry out, staff was friendly and the lobby was clean while we waited. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes and... was delicious. Read more
I would like to give a 5 stars rating except for the ridiculous “Delivery Fee” that is required for any home delivered order... and not A SINGLE PENNY goes to the driver!!! Tipping the driver is a completely separate charge! Shame, shame, on you Dominoes!I’m sure your coffers are not that desperate for lining at the expense of your employees that, no doubt, risked their livesfor you during the recent pandemic! Read more

This was probably the least positive experience I've ever had at Domino's. I arrived 20-ish min after placing an order, at the... tail end of the estimated completion window. The person behind the counter informed me that my order was just about to be madeand thrown into the oven. When at long last my order was ready they called my name and just said, "here." Not apologetic for thedelay or anything, just "here." I won't be returning to this particular store. Read more
I haven’t been inside a Dominoes pizza in a long time but I’ll be back to this location! There is a chalk board for kids to... busily draw on as you wait and even a “viewing” area where you can watch them toss the dough in the air and prepare yourfood. We especially loved how they have a TV that shows the progress of your food and the amount of time left till it’s ready.Our wings and pizza were delicious, customer service was exceptional, and with the coupon I used this was a great deal. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! IT NEVER FAILS.... always have rude staff and pizza is never ready when it's suppose to be. I said... something about getting a discount to the manager because of the trouble and they turned around and gave my pizza away toanother customer FOR FREE! I've never been treated so poorly in my life. The owner needs to find new staff or train them to bebetter with customer service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Read more
