The last few times I've gone to the springville location and Myron has checked us out. That guy is by far one of the best... customer service people I've ever encountered! I've been here before where the employees have been less than spectacular butMyron has totally changed by view on this place. Myron is super polite, personable, and very patient (I get it, food service isnot the best place to work) and the food quality has gone up a bit too. Don't ever get rid of this guy, make sure he always hada job there. Read more

Terrrible customer service. We ordered delivery through the Little Caesar's app, and one of our pizzas was missing. I called the... store and told them this, and their staff member Derek sarcastically told me that "you'll have to talk to Door Dash. We don't dodelivery. We aren't Dominoes". While I was in the middle of responding to him, he started rattling off the door dash phonenumber WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING. Considering that we were talking at the same time when he started giving out the phone number,I asked him to start over once, then twice, and understandably more angrily I asked yet a third time as he continued with thephone number until he finished and HE HUNG UP ON ME. Never in my life have I encountered such terrible customer service. Derekhas absolutely no regard for the customers he serves, the reputation of his employer, or the quality of his work. Read more

Never have I ever been treated so rude when they are the ones that messed up. Not only did I not get my food I didn't get my... money back. They made it out my fault for paying for a pizza and wanting my order. NEVER GO TO THE PIZZA PLACE THEY WILL DEGRADEYOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARAGE! There are to many other pizza places around here to go get pizza. They owe me money and foodorder. Read more

We just went in for a deep dish and paid extra to get it crazy crusted. 1.) there was about 3 crumbs of Parmesan so paid extra... for nothing. 2.) it was super doughy in the middle which means it was pulled early 3.) it wasn?t even cut at all lol? We havebeen trying to call to maybe get some kind of refund and nobody is answering. Usually don?t have problems here but the teenagersworking did not seem like they had enough help or were just super annoyed in general. We were super nice and had no problemwaiting for a fully cooked pizza so not sure why they couldn?t put the bare minimum into atleast cutting it or putting theParmesan we paid $2 extra for.. I've eaten alot of little Caesars and this place is the best I've ever had. They are slow but that usually means you get it... fresh. Only lived here for 2 months so maybe they've improved since the other reviews were written? Read more

My mother got a pizza, crazy bread and cheesy bread after work. She got so tired of waiting that she came home and I went back... there. I stood for around 20 minutes at least and they finally said that they were waiting on crazy bread! As in for the doughto rise and all. So I had the crazy and cheesy bread refunded which takes 4 to 5 days to get on your account. Had they simplycommunicated sooner myself and the several other people waiting would've been much more understanding what not. Read more

All I needed was one cheese pizza. Old guy at the counter said 10-12 minutes. No big deal. For the next hour he was still... telling people 10-12 minutes. The place was crowded, everybody waiting in smeltering 90°s. All of them waiting the "10-12minutes." After over an hour I finally got the soggy cheese pizza. Why is this place still open? Why don't they pay theiremployees properly so they have enough people to staff the place? Save the stress and frustration, just go somewhere else. Read more

On Thursday September 16, 2021, I ordered four pizza's, for my first delivery, from the Springville store (for my son's birthday... party). We had no problems with the delivery but when getting the pizza's, we didn?t receive the correct order. We received anextra cheaper classic Pepperoni rather than the more expensive Calzony CHZ (Cheese) pizza. We called the store 8 times andthey didn't pick up the phone probably because that they were busy. I went to the store and waited for 15 minutes to explain toa male worker of what had happened. During that time there were multiple customers waiting and some of them had issues withtheir orders also. One customer that waited for more than an hour for his order and then decided to cancel his order. When Ifinally got to able to speak with one of the male workers, I explained the situation to him. He stated to me that in order toget the Calzony CHZ (Cheese) pizza, which was ordered, he wanted me to go back to my home to bring back the extra ClassicPepperoni pizza to the store. I said no because the order was NOT correct and needed to have the correct pizza (and thepizza's are now cold while my family and birthday party guests are hungry). I was explaining to him that if I wouldn'treceive the Calzony CHZ (Cheese) pizza to refund me the difference. When I was talking to him he got very flustered, angry,rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and left the counter, to go the back, while I was talking to him. A couple of minutes later,he came back and gave me a pizza. I opened the pizza box to make sure that it was the correct Calzony (CHZ) Cheese pizza and itwas. He then said to me that not to worry about bringing back the extra Classic Pepperoni pizza and then moved on to the nextcustomer. I left and went back home and found out the Calzony (CHZ) Cheese Pizza was cold and greasy!
