We are one of at least 10 cars parked and waiting. Their line hasn't moved in 15 minutes. And we've been here for st least 30... minutes. Went inside to just cancel ky order. It's a Saturday at 7pm and there are a few kids inside. Nobody at the registerto even ask for a refund. I guess I'm just going to leave without my food. Read more
There was only one lady working there tonight running the entire store by herself and she does an amazing job. Got my food out... to me quickly and still hot! Give her a raise please. She deserves it. Read more
Customer service is improving, but I still do not like that we are being forced to accept to pay via kiosk, or app and credit... card. I prefer spending cash and talking with people. I enjoy the double cheeseburgers, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, and all theirburgers taste better when you ask them for no salt on the meat. I still enjoy their French fries. I wish they still had thechicken sandwich that was not spicy. Read more
Im so tired of them always ruining my order. Some of the recent issues I?ve had- Giving me the wrong MC café drink, giving me... cold or burned food. Giving me a sandwich with NO MEAT inside. Today they gave me some hard cookies that said to enjoy by 7amand it was 7pm. They need to pay attention and be more careful. I was too upset to even go back and say anything. Read more
The worst. The person taking the order literally didn?t know left from right. He messed the entire order up. After I repeated it... back to him three times. Simple order. Two egg and cheese biscuit (round egg)with hash brown and one egg and cheese (round egg)on a muffin. Had a missing sandwich and no round egg and the guy who took our order stared at us like we had been the idiots.The biscuits had been hard and honestly just a horrible experience. Do better people. This is by far the most nasty place ever. There is not a place for someone to sit and eat. There tables are so nasty and food... all over the place. Not only that there was no one around and all they wanted to do was play around. The owner or corporateneeds to get onto these people. They allow people who are not even working to walk right to the back and make there food and orput in there order. Then late night they only take cash and take there time to get you your order out. Stopped off for a bite for lunch. They are located inside of the Love?s travel stop in Provo Utah. Very nice and clean store. I... ordered a double cheeseburger with a small French fries and a small coke. It?s a small lunch, but, it hit the spot. McDonald?shas a special right now on this meal. Total cost is only four dollars, that?s it, excellent deal for this meal. It was servedapproximately 4 minutes after ordering, hot and fresh. Read more
I have lived in Springville my entire life and have never seen any other McDonald?s be as mismanaged as this location, at least... for the last year. I can?t count the number of times my order has been completely wrong: sandwiches missing, completely wrongorder that I payed for, not to mention cold food. Several times I have asked for things like more sauce or ketchup, andliterally two seconds later anything I said has gone out the window. On average, I spend twice as long in line as any otherMcDonald?s and their employees don?t listen. Most have an attitude that doesn?t reflect any sense of customer service. Ipersonally will go out of my way to avoid this location from here on out. Read more
