The pizza here is very good and always tastes fresh. The only problem is the chain has its location very understaffed. The two... ladies working were doing a great job and were working really hard to get their orders done. My recommendation is to have PapaMurphy?s corporate hire more workers at locations when there are lots of customers that make things busy. Read more

I went in to get my order that I had already paid for and they told me it wasn't ready when it clearly was and a women had left... with it. I patiently waited for about 15 minutes then they told me my order had been ready but wasn't there so someone must havetaken it. He didn't offer me anything but to make my order really fast. All I asked was for extra cheese on my pizza. Icontinued to wait for another 30 minutes and went back and got my two pizza order that was wrong and it was just a bunch ofextra spinach on my pizza. Came in about 20 minutes before closing. Staff looked like they were trying to put stuff away. Asked if I called in ahead. No I... didn't. "d@#&t" ordered my pizza. Staff were professional and polite but could tell they wanted to be done for the day. A hugeplus was WOW! never had a pizza made so fast in my life. ????. Craftsmanship be damned. I ordered online 2 pizzas with extra toppings and a side of marinara sauce. I didn?t receive the extra toppings in the second... pizza or the marinara. This place is exactly what you've come to expect from Papa Murphy's. Gluten-free pizzas are good but extremely expensive for a... pizza and for its size. I really love their artichoke Pizza so wonderful so delicious and I love that it's ready made and readyfor you to bake at home. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Read more

All 3 of my pizzas were made incorrectly. I paid extra for toppings but didn?t receive the extras, the two family size pizzas... were supposed to be on regular crust but I received thin, mangled crust. The other was a large that had huge leafs of spinachand the artichoke hearts were supposed to only be on half of the pizza. The pizzas were wrapped poorly and messy. What?s thepoint in customizing and paying for extra toppings? When I called to explain the situation, they were rude and veryunprofessional! I just paid $70 for pizza and they acted put out when I brought it to their attention. When I asked for amanager, the guy stalled for a few minutes then gave me a fake name. I don't usually come to this location, but it was on my way home from work. The employees are nice and helpful. I called ahead... and my pizzas were ready on time when I arrived. We tried the BLT pizza and the Papa Perfect. We really enjoyed both. Theemployees were polite. We enjoyed both pizzas and I loved having the half pepperoni/half Hawaiian.
