Nov/27/22 - I placed a delivery order at 3:32 PM and called the store at 6:12 PM wondering what was taking so long. My calls... went directly to voicemail. I drove down to the store so that I can pick-up the pizza I ordered and the store had a sign sayingthey decided to close early today (4 PM) instead of the usual 7 PM. So not only do they accept my order, they just decided notto make or deliver it. They never called me, which is incredibly inconsiderate. I would at the very least like a refund for whatI ordered. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut and I picked up a carry out and they weren't quite ready yet. When I did get my food and brought it home... it was warm, accurate order, and pretty decent tasting. Read more

Our first two experiences at this store were not great. Both were pickup orders. We decided to give it one more shot, ordered... delivery at 4:52. The website said 25-35 minutes. Got a notification saying the pizza was out for delivery at 5:24. We don?tlive right by them but we?re 4 miles away, so not terrible. It?s about a 10 minute drive with red lights. It took almost an hourfrom the delivery is out text. 58 minutes to be exact. I know there are shortages in employees and other people with deliveriesthat need their food to, but maybe the website could be updated to say 1-2 hours instead of 25-35 minutes. Placed my order with the call center (why does a pizza restaurant need a call center?) The person on the phone verified my... address. 30 minutes later I get a call from the driver. They're at the wrong address. Turns out the person I placed the orderwith sent the order to a pizza hut 25 miles away from me. Now I have to hope that they actually process the refund while I finda different pizza place to order from. One that doesn't use an inept call center to process their orders. Won't be ordering fromany pizza hut again. On a side note, the driver was very apologetic and friendly, even though it wasn't her fault. Read more
Seems like they are the slowest pizza joint around this part of town. Usually the order comes missing something then I have to... call and complain. They are easy going and friendly. Can?t blame them for poor management they are just doing their jobs. Hahaha Read more
Pizza Hut accepted my order for delivery on a Sunday @ 3:20pm. After 2 hours I called the store to get an update. The call went... directly to voicemail saying that the store was closed (even though they close at 7). I drove down to the store to find a notethat said they were closing at 4 today.
