I grew up in Springville and was introduced to this place 12 years ago, I don't live locally but I still stop by for cheese... sticks or a sandwich every time we're going by. These cheese sticks are so freaking good, and they reheat well, they are thesoftest most tender full your belly with happiness cheese sticks I have had anywhere. And there sandwiches are superb I justusually fill my belly so full of cheese sticks I can't fit much else but my husband loves they're sandwiches and their portionsare great. Easy 5 stars. This is an amazing local restaurant! No tables to sit at but the service is very fast. Owners are very kind,... amazing people. We drove in from the I 15 because we had a Wasatch Savings coupon. It was worth the drive and we will be back! We got one warm... and one cold and the warm was better. The bread is not like a crusty Italian bread, but more the texture of focaccia. It isdelicious. The serving sizes are big. We could t finish ours.
