This location is fairly new. How is it worse than the old run down one that's been gone for ten years? Everything was cold, ... popcorn chicken was old. Ate in the parking lot after I tested it. Didn't even feel like going back in. Staff were nice, placewas clean. Such a shame. Read more

I use to hate this kfc as they?d always forget things, and my stuff was always cold. However the last 4-6 trips I have had in... the last two months have shown major improvement. My fries are HOT every time!! Personally cold fries are too common at KFC thiswas a big deal for me having HOT FRESH FOOD. staff rarely heat lamps at this location every time I?ve gotten a bucket it hasn?tbeen greasy once. I eat KFC maybe once every two weeks and only go to this location. The main never gets it right but this place9/10 times they get it right. Staff will even remember you, the manager is extremely friendly always one for conversation whileyou?re waiting. It can be busy at 4-6 so expect a bit of a wait. However the freshness is worth it. I?d 100% recommend thislocation ten times out of ten! I?d urge the negative reviews to give this place another shot as they have majorityimproved. Went here for lunch at 12:17 on a Friday. They didn't have any chicken available and said it would be 20 to 25 minutes for... chicken. The restaurant seems to be perpetually out of chicken as this is not an uncommon occurrence. Have returned recently,even gave ourselves an extra 20 minutes only to find that chicken was available right away. Hopefully the place is improving. Read more

I recommend never to go to this location. 2 reasons why? First time going when they first opened up I got my order and parked to... indulge on some greasy goodness, but my food tasted old and stale. And the 2 time (thinking maybe they could redeem themselves)I went in to order and the lady that was taking my order was coughing and sneezing. But wasn't wearing a mask. Goes behind wherethey are handling the food and I can hear either her or another employee coughing and sneezing in the food handling area.Needless to say was grossed out. But I took my chances went outside checked on my order and was totally wrong. Went back insideto get my money back and they began to talk in their own language.
