Please do something about the self checkouts, you know they don?t work properly and so do all the cashiers. Yes it might be... expensive to fix, but that?s part of the customer experience. Also, have someone dedicated to supervising them, it is SOannoying having to wait for the cashier who is already checking people out, especially when the self checkout gives an errorevery three items. I complained about this and was told it?s not an issue and there is coverage during peak times .. there isnot, I literally have to wait every single time and often have the conversation with other customers who are stuck standingthere waiting. I get that it?s no frills, but proper coverage and working machines aren?t really a frill.. it?s a basicexpectation. Read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! 10 people with carts ready to check out, one till open and 4 staff teenage girls just hanging out... chatting at the end of till near self check out without a care in the world. Pushed my cart into self check out with 8 items,was told right away that no carts allowed and have to go stand in line with everyone else?s being ignored by these girls. I tellyou, if you can?t provide basic customer service at a grocery store as your job, good luck getting a grown up job inlife. Steve, you need to control your staff as they are running customers out. I used to actually enjoy visiting this store andnow I rather fight the crowds at superstore. Read more
