Very cool environment for the inside dining room. Lots of very interesting items for sale makes it feel a bit like you're dining... in a small clothing boutique (in a good way). The food was absolutely fantastic. Deceptively expensive for the look of theplace, but all of the meals that we ordered were exceptional. Lots of interesting regional and ethnic food options, and one ofthe largest menus that I've seen ever. Typically that would lend itself to being concerned about the overall quality, but again,food was excellent. Looking forward to visiting again on my next visit to the region. Read more
Absolutely a gem of a find! Not only a menu fare to please any palette but the owners Claudia and Sam AND their super sweet and... friendly staff make Tropical Grill a go to restaurant. Hands down, my favorite restaurant in NC. Food was delicious like I can't even describe how amazing it was! Service was very... quick and waiters were super friendly. I got the garlic shrimp twin tacos, and they were perfect. The homemade sauces were thebest bit and everything about this restaurant was perfect. Read more
