We had dinner here before a performance at the Arden. Our server was Rena (sp?). Aside from the food being great, I just want to... say what a phenomenal gem you have in her. She was professional, poised and so knowledgeable. While it was quite busy, she gaveus the perfect amount of attention during our meal. I had booked a birthday celebration at Luisa?s. When booking the service was immaculate. With expectations of a card at the... table to treat the birthday individual in a special manner. Upon arrival we were seated at a tiny inconvenient table beside theloudest family in the middle of the restaurant. When asked about possibly moving we were shown a table that has us seated ontop of another group. The birthday card Celebration never manifested itself. Overall an atrocious beginning to the evening,needless to say we left and did not dine at Luisa?s. Will never return with that experience. Read more
