Stopped in for take out the other day. The lady taking my order didn?t seem to be paying attention at all had to repeat myself a... couple times, I was the only Customer in the store and seemed to want to rush me out. I ordered 2 large subs and they only putmeat for a half sub and not the full on one of them and just spread it across the bun. Not very friendly service the entire timewas in there. I generally prefer mr sub over subway but won?t be coming back to this location. Read more
I couldn?t believe how ignorant the owner was. I asked if I could have my sauce put it after my sandwich got toasted and it... somehow became an argument. The rest of my time ordering was so unpleasant. Will not be coming back to this place. No one isfriendly. I have to try out Oodle noodle instead like I initially wanted to. The owners are rude, arrogant and argue with their customers. They act as if it is a privilege for you to order from their... store. Sorry, it doesn't work that way, I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else where they believe in customer service. Read more
When entering the store the lady serving was having a conversation with another customer. This was fine but I ended up standing... in line behind her friend as they continued to chat. I waited approximately 5 minutes then the Lady at the counter asked herfriend what she wanted and they then they proceeded to have a discussion on the various subs and sizes. I left the store withoutpurchasing anything. If you want to talk to your friend thats fine but at least ask them to wait while you serve a customer anddo your job. Read more
