Course was in great shape, staff were friendly and attentive, the one thing I forgot to pack was an overnight bag because we got stuck behind two groups on every hole. Even with a starter it was jammed up and marshal was nowhere to be found.
Very disappointed in the restaurant experience I had. Usually order the hot turkey sandwich and it was always very good. A large portion with mashed potatoes. This time I was told there were no more mashed potatoes so I had the soup which was very good. When the turkey sandwich came it was on the smallest piece of white bread and had a thin layer of turkey with some gravy. Usually I have trouble finishing this meal, but this time I thought it was a joke or a kid's portion. I told the waitress but nothing was done. Paid basically $18.00 for this and left hungry! Ridiculous. A restaurant needs to be consistent in order to retain loyal customers.
There for an event, food was good, drinks served. Was a very nice evening. Only thing was there was no way to avoid the table legs and it made the sitting quite uncomfortable.
We went there for their "Mexican dinner". The food was good, but service was a bit slow, especially when lining up at the smorgasbord table. We went here for Valentine dinner and I was very pleased with the meal. The food was well prepared, presented and taisted good. I would go back again. Starting in March they have weekend theme smorgasbord dinners. We went there for Sunday brunch, which was quite good. In addition to the menu, they had a nice buffet. We went for the St. Patrick's day dinner. Food was tasty, well presented and very big portions.
All our meals were absolutely delicious! Four different meals and everyone raved about the flavour and the home cooked taste! Portions were very generous and we can?t wait to try the other items in the menu!
Parry's at Larters -our first time Very impressed - our group of 8 ordered steak, salmon, chicken, roast beef, and everything was excellent. I had Chicken Parm - I have had this at every Italian restaurant in Wpg over the past 50 years -- this was the best I have ever had. Wine prices are very reasonable. Staff/service was very good. A hidden gem -- try this place -- we will be back regularly.
Dinner entrees were not correct. Salmon dinner was to have wild rice, it came with orzo pasta. Gravy was to be on the side for an 8oz steak done medium well and fries, the steak was covered in the gravy and when asked for gravy on the side again was charged again for it and the steak was served medium rare...Stir fry chicken dish was ordered with noodles and they received rice....??? Appetizers were great, so was the rhubarb pie. Not sure why there was so many mistakes.
Food was great and our server Martha did an amazing job!! We'll definitely come back!
