Went to buy ice cream cake and when I asked about the date was made or the best before/expiration date I got all kind of talk... about all cakes are good and valid but no answer to my question. I repeated and repeated my question but no answer and the girlbecame angry. At the end she grabbed one cake from the fridge and said the date is good and denied to till me the exactexpiration date. I ordered 2 large milk shakes, the worker took 5 minutes to scoop ice cream for the first shake, didn?t have milk for it so they... went to the back for 10 minutes to get it. Once back she finished the first and started the second. Took 5 minutes to scale myice cream out. Blended it; it was to thick for her liking so she blended it for more 7 minute. By the time she was done my firstshake and my second had the viscosity of water and it took her 25 minutes total. The owner came in and ended up making me thenew milkshakes when he seen how poorly she made them. It took him 8 minutes to make both of them. They tasted great the shakesthemselves were awesome. But, 3 customers that came in after me got all of their things before this employee was able to make 2milkshakes for me which the owner managed to do in 8 minutes. Ordered vegan chocolate ice cream with Oreos, brownies and snickers. Instead, got regular chocolate ice cream with oreos...... Couldn't eat it as I am Lactose Intolerant. Fortunately, Skip the dishes refunded me and I was able to order again. Waited halfan hour and then got my new ice cream. This time, it was vegan ice cream, but no Snickers or brownie chunks. Instead, I gotOreo's and butter finger?? Not only that, there was hardly anything mixed into the ice cream and it wasn't even filled to thetop like it usually is. Read more
