Great service! They have high demand because of all the students but great that Tim's is at Brock now
It?s a Tim Hortons, the food and coffee is meh. But the service is quick and efficient. Also tends to be quite busy.

As a student, it is important for me to know what I am paying for and which account I am being charged on, meal plan or flex... dollars. Beginning at the start of the year, I was always confused which account my Tim Hortons purchase was being charged on. Ihave checked myBrockCard account and did not find answers to this issue as my usual purchase of just an ice cappuccino wascharged alternating between flex and meal plan. I then asked for clarification from the Tim Hortons servers. I was verysurprised to receive a different answer every single time I asked which account it was coming from and what dictates whataccount I will be charged on. Answers ranged, "It should be meal plan every time if you are first year.", "Its flex unless youbuy a meal", and my favourite "I don't know.". I have grown to be extremely frustrated at the inconsistency and secrecy behindthis matter especially because Tim Hortons is advertised to be included in meal plan along with Pita Pit and Pizza Pizza.
