This was the 1st bad experience I've had in years at an Applebee's. The server cared less if anyone's orders were correct. One... person in our group expressed that something was cold on his plate. She looked at him not offering to correct the issue nor gota manager to discuss anything with him. He just didn't eat and paid for the food that was unacceptable. Our Bishop was at thetable and was disturbed by this action. As we left the manager was dealing with another table that had the same experience withthe same server. I'm sure this Applebee's will be off of the list of restaurants to visit for our church. Horrible thing becauseI had been there a few days earlier and had a great experience. Read more
Good food. Neat lay out of the dining area. All ya can eat nuggets & fries. But it literally took 50 minutes for the food to... come out. 2 cups of our drinks were consumed on the wait. I would go back, as it was our first visit, & see if it's the samewait time. Read more

Waited 30 min to get seated. Once We were seated, we were put at a dirty table, with multiple clean EMPTY tables all around.... Then we waited another 10 minutes with no one acknowledging our presence. I finally got up to find a server?. I found onehidden just around the corner from us tending to personal business. Food was ok. Appetizers served without plates (had to huntdown the server for that). Definitely our worst experience at Applebee?s. $51 headache that?s not setting well with us. Read more
