This is the 3rd time I've gone here to get a blizzard. No I have to admit I'm completely hooked on their New York cheesecake... Was in the drive through today and sat almost 10 minutes the lady in front of me put her car in park because of how long it was... taking to get her order taken. I also put my car in park because it was taking so long. We ordered two blizzards when he handedthem out they were like a runny milk shake. I literally used a straw it was that runny. Your stuck in line with no way outotherwise I would of left. They are over priced and no customer service. I won't be back rather go to one in south county. Alsoif your short staffed CLOSE the dining room so you have enough people running drive through. Read more

First time to this location and Never again. Ordered a chicken salad, water and a kids hamburger meal with a milk. They charged... for a salad meal and instead of refunding me they wanted to give me something that equaled the $2 drink. If I wanted more food Iwould have ordered it. Then my son's hamburger had cheese on it when I specifically said only ketchup and mustard and my receiptreflected that as well. His meal wasn't in a kids bag with the free ice cream token, it was just put in the bag with the salad. We were going to go eat at the park but they put no silverware in the bag for my salad and no napkins. Can definitely see whythey get horrible reviews. Read more
