Very good steaks! Tried Hamiltons’s for the first time last weekend and I was impressed with the food, drinks and service. Our... server was Jim (I think). Good eats. I reserved for 4 and was seated without a wait, which was appreciated. Our waiter Keith was amazing. Very attentive... and easy going. Bread appetizer was decent, a little salt for the butter spread gave a bit more flavor I needed. Crab cakeappetizer was decent. My group ordered the pork shank, the 16oz ribeye, rack of lamb, lobster tails, Mac and cheese and thefettuccini. I didn't hear a complaint from anyone. Everything taste good. Slightly under seasoned for me but still good eating.At the end of your meal your given a thank card/survey on your visit. You are able to give an opinion on the quality of food,service and leave any comments you would like. Our ticket was over $100 for myself and my partner so it's one of the morepricier establishments. First visit- wedding anniversary night and we were thoroughly pleased by the experience. All waitstaff acknowledged and offered... congrats on our special occasion which was also paired with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to toast. Our server, Keithwas terrific, answering questions and even helping to capture the moment by taking a couple of pics! We ordered the 32 ozporterhouse to share and it was so delicious! Packed with flavor and cooked to the requested temp and even a fire surprise!Typically hubby drowns steak with A1, but even he felt the steak was great to eat without it. We had creamed kale which wasgood but a little salty for my palate. Couldn't get enough of the twice baked potatoes. We did try Bookers bourbon which was sosmooth!
