This is my second bad experience with Hartford coffee. I ordered a breakfast bowl and no potatoes were in it (as described on... the menu). The portion was also about a 1/3 of the size it normally is. To top it all off, it said my order would be ready at10:05. I didn?t leave there with my order until 10:25. I understand it was busy, but from my order time that is an hour waitfrom order time. I called and she said the manager would refund it, but I?m not holding my breath. They need to figure out howto logistically make things smoother, especially with online orders. I probably won?t be going back, which is sad because it?sso close to my house and usually has pretty good food. Read more
Odd experience. I ordered online for pickup. My food won't be ready for 45 minutes but they messaged me my coffee is ready. I... enter the place (walked from home) and I don't see my coffee on the pickup rack. They had it behind the counter so I had towait in line to discover this. Usually things go much smoother. Typically I would expect beverages to come out with the foodfor pickup orders. If i was not a few houses away I would be annoyed because my coffee would be cold by the time the food wasready. My Mocha was excellent tho. Still plan on frequenting this place. Read more
