New location FINALLY by the house at 3422 S. Jefferson. OUTSTANDING customer service & Thursdays 8/4/22 order if you follow me... then you know I love my pizza! I haven?t had IMOs in over 5 years. Just Pizza Hut & Costcos. It was done correctly!!! Extrapepperoni!!! Because of this, I will be back again and again & I literally just ordered another one online today!!!! This location is garbage. I ordered 2 pizzas and asked for the deal price posted online and they refused. I gave the driver an... upfront 10 dollar tip, yet it still took an hour to make it less than a mile. I'll go to another location from now on. Read more
I tell you what, it?s like Mr. IMO was right there making my pizza for me. Absolutely spectacular. Best pizza I?ve had in a... long time. I normally rave about how the new S Jefferson location/ the old Gravois Imo?s is the best Imo?s in St. Louis but today I was... sadly disappointed. I ordered a veggie pizza, half with no olives add bacon & sausage, and house salad for delivery. When thefood came I gave the driver an $11+ tip because it came in a very reasonable amount of time. I asked him if there was red pepperand cheese in the bag before he left and he stated yes. I go inside to eat, only to find the wrong pizza that was sloppily madeand no cheese or red pepper was in the bag either. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager he stated I had to come tothe store to get the new pizza so I asked for my tip back but the manager said no and offered $5 off the next pizza. I said okbecause I didn?t want to start an argument or get banned from the restaurant but that was very inconsiderate. #1 I paid fordelivery, #2 it takes $5 of gas just to drive down there, and #3 what if I didn?t have a car to get there. Poor customer servicedecision that was definitely NOT COOL however my pizza was remade to perfection by the manager. Read more
