Simply the worst service of any fast food restaurant. No idea how they stay in business. I live nearby and try to eat here over... and over. There is always a reason they can't take orders: shift change, computer is down, fryer isn't working, short on staff.Not exaggerating, the last five times I've tried to give this place money, they've told me to leave. Today a young woman told meit was a shift change and I had to come back in twenty minutes. I said that wasn't very professional. She literally hung out thedrive through window and yelled at me as I tried to drive away. The owner of this establishment obviously has no idea how it isbeing ran. Oh, I forgot my favorite, sometimes the staff simply locks the doors and ignores the drive through. Lights are on. Nosigns with explanations. They simply sit inside an stare at you through the glass. Jack n the box tacos rock! Unfortunately, i've had soooooo many bad experiences at this location. Almost unbelievable at times!... Not food quality per se, but terrible, customer-unfriendly workers and management here. But a really convenient location forme..so time goes by and and I give them another chance..hoping it has improved. If I can give 0 stars I will somehow this jack n the box can NEVER GET MY ORDER TOGETHER den while ordering they rude and... impatient as hell order so today I a number 4 the whole meal is a mess burger cold bread hard as rocks literally cheese notmelted on the burger the fries burnt and cold like my sister poppers was burnt her tiny tacos was sloppy and had not lettucewhen she asked for it. If you Open at 7am you should have the food already done if I could give 0 stars I would. The signs says 7am to 10pm meaning 7am... I should be able to order.. no good morning it's we have to cook the food it's not ready sad. Read more

This place is typically too busy for me. But on the one Sunday I tried to visit...the food was excellent! There was a line, but... it moved at a decent pace (every fast food joint in StL has been busy since the pandemic started). Upon arriving home with mymini tacos AND regular tacos, they were hot and especially tasty. I've never had a bad experience here. Having said that, therewas a small snafu on this visit: the employee at the window asked me to pull into the parking lot and come to pick up my order(since that tacos were holding up the line). Upon entering, the staff looked at me like I was a vagrant: for the indoor diningspace wasn't yet open. It was about 20 minutes prior to opening. They made me feel like I was invading their space for followingorders. I didn't care, but it's not a good look to criticize a customer for following orders. Read more
