The pasta house was amazing this evening. Charlene was a waitress and she was very good and attentive.
Went a few weeks ago but never got around to a review. Owner was chastising and yelling at several of his employees in front of... customers. Completely inappropriate and uncalled for. Atmosphere is dead, parking isn?t the best, and restaurant isdirty. However, our server was great and the food was fine. We?ve started going to the one off Lindbergh, it?s 10x better inevery way. I believe a new owner would do this location wonders. Read more
Waitress was very nice. Checked with the cooks about a menu item for me. Made sure it didn't have garlic in it. She checked on... our table to make sure we had drinks and bread. Food was delicious. Read more

Horrible experience at the N. Ballas location. We were there today at 11:00.The host was awful and not helpful at all. It went... down hill from there. The lunch special was chicken parmessan. The portion was extremely small. One little piece but lots ofpasta to fill up the plate. When I called for the manager he too was uninterested and unhelpful. Gave an excuse that thechicken has to be a certain size and no bigger. I have been to the other locations and the portions were great. I tried callingthe home office but no one answers the phone. Very, very bad experience and will go to other restaurants from now on. Obviouslyyou don't want or know how to take care of customers. Will never go back to any of their restaurants. The host was on his phonethe whole time. We asked him if he could get a scissors for us and he said he couldn't find any. Our server was great and he hadno problems in finding one. Read more
