I was in around 5pm on Wednesday. The female cashier seemed very down and miserable there. My friend and I placed our orders but... I felt bad for ordering, like I was doing something wrong. She made my smoothie then threw the blender and walked away. Momentslater a gentleman came out and made my friends smoothie and was polite to us! We were the only two in the store so I'm not sureif something happened prior to us getting there but I definitely did not feel welcome. Read more
Don't get me wrong I love Smoothie King BUT this is the 3rd time I've come to the Forest Park location to find its hotter than a... sauna, the employees (high school kids) are working their butts off in the sweltering heat and I, the customer, am sweatingwithin 5 minutes of being there. I asked if they were allowed to turn on the air and found out the air conditioning was brokenfor weeks! That's unacceptable and a possible OSHA violation. I can't help to wonder why this location was allowed to be treatedthis way. The Brentwood location is always nice. The employees at the FP location are actually nicer, very sweet kids. Me and my fiance stopped at smoothie King before taking me to the er and I requested through the app for no bananas in my... chocolate hulk because I'm allergic. Unfortunately they didn't do as requested and I broke out in hives right in the emergencyroom. Not only that now the restaurant wont answer the phone after my fiance requested to speak to a manager. He was told theydidn't have a manager on duty which as a former store manager I don't see how you can operate with no management but ok.....Lawsuit Read more
