Elizabeth in the drive thru is completely unprofessional. My mom and I went through yesterday and she kept jumping up and down... messing around with co workers. She gave me first coffee which was covered on the outside with coffee, then forgot the second .We kept trying to get her attention, but she wasn't even facing the window as she kept goofing off. I legit had to yell to getout other coffee and then again had to be like, "HI EXCUSE ME!" To get straws! Then the coffee was under iced and we ended upthrowing out.
