ALWAYS LOVE STEAK N SHAKES FOOD!!! DO NOT LIKE the changes they made! NOW you have to order your food on a Tablet/Computer... YOURSELF! AND pay at the tablet/computer too. I understand hiring and keeping the employees is really tough these days. But onthe other hand people are being replaced by computers. Not a pleasant thought for my children's future! Read more

Manager wanted to argue with me that the triple steakburger and cheese was made with with three patties. Look at the picture... below and tell me if it was made with three patties. I was charged for 3 but only got 2. Needless to say I won't be back. It'sno wonder that most of the Steak n Shakes have closed. Read more
