Good brunch at Stone Turtle! I liked the individual French press. Also fun to find fresh guava in a fruit side! ????
This was a great brunch today. We had a wonderful waitor, Billy, who was amazing. He was super attentive and even joked with us... a bit. Any exceptions or changes we needed for a menu item...he made it happen. Food wise: everything was delicious. I had thebrioche French toast and bacon which was superb and we had mimosas...delicious! Overall I enjoyed my stay at this restaurant.Definitely a great place to chill and hang with friends over brunch! Read more

Stone turtle was an extremely wonderful find within walking distance of the St Louis zoo. The tiger rolls were perfect, and the... wild caught bass was seasoned wonderfully. The drinks were fun and the socialista offered several layers of great flavor.Dessert was decadent as it should be. This was definitely one of the best dining spots we've been to in a year. We like to visit places we have never heard of. On the way home from a visit with some friends we decided to try this place for... a bite. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we were not disappointed. The food was worth raving about, theselection of dishes made with local food was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was just as pleasant. We had conversationswith strangers and that warms my heart. We were sitting at the bar. If you are wanting a table it is best to call ahead and makea reservation. We didn't know that and I'm not usually a sit at the bar kind of gal, but I am so happy that we did! The waitstaff was very friendly, this place reminded me of going to a home stomping ground ...and I'm not from anywhere close to St.Louis. If you're passing through stop in, if you live close and haven't tried here...stop in, if you already stop in...thank youfor keeping business!!
