Came on a Friday night at 630pm. Sat down to an half empty dinning room. 1 hour later we are served food. The waitress seems too... busy to care, on her phone the entire time, hiding from the chef table to watch a video in a booth. She forgot an appetizer, just to laugh about it and say a half hearted sorry. If you do plan to eat here. Order ALL the sushi you want up front. Thenopen YouTube and watch a video or 3 while you wait for food to be made. * You are better off phone ordering. Your order willtake priority over dinning room. So sad, this place used to be good. While it pains me to write a negative review of a place we've been to numerous times, there is very little I can say that is... positive. Two positive things were the miso soup and crab Rangoon. Sushi was terrible, looked like it was made by a thirdgrader and the flavor was off. Seaweed salad was not crisp and slightly slimy. Ginger salad didn't have all the ingredientsand the lettuce was brown. I asked for extra Wasabi and it was a good thing. They never put any in the bag to begin with. Weshould have walked out when we saw a lot of tables where people hadn't gotten their food. Side note, the restaurant wasn'tpacked. We were part of a collective of 4 or 5 people waiting for carry out that was supposed to be ready at a certain time. Waited about 25 minutes for the food. The cashier just kept telling us someone else going to help with our order. When wewalked in we had the feeling something was up and talked about leaving. Next time we listen to our gut. Almost forgot tomention the bubble guts the next day. Never going back again. Read more

I ordered the chicken hibachi. The chicken was decent, and the veggies okay. The fried rice was pretty flavorless but better... with some soy sauce. The soup was completely flavorless, and the salad looked completely unappetizing— the dressing seemed tohave congealed. Wish I could spend less since I only ended up eating half the food. Food was not ready at the time I ordered(carry out), which I was understanding of, but only two tables had food when I walked in, and the rest seemed slightlydisgruntled as if they had been waiting a while. I felt bad for the guy waiting for his food next to me— he had been waitingfor his food for 45 minutes, and was still waiting when I left (probably ended up waiting for a total hour, at least.) Wouldrecommend updating website to reflect more accurate wait times. Read more

A coworker recommended this place and I am very glad. Appears to do a lot of carry out but dining room was just fine. Staff were... polite and friendly. Quick service makes it a great choice for lunch. Highly recommended. Love the decor too. Read more
