It was cool for what it was. We arrived in town late in the evening and got nostalgic for White Castle. There are none where we... live anymore. The staff was friendly, our order was fast and accurate and the food was fresh and hot. My husband decided at thelast minute he wanted to add something on to the order and they had absolutely no problem doing so at the window. One of thethings I most appreciate is they thanked us for our business and were pleasant throughout the experience. We enjoyed our "fix"for White Castle and they didn't disappoint in service, quality of the food and the nostalgia of it all. Thank you for a greatexperience! Read more

Walked inside to like 4 people in line at 7:15. One of the employees locked all the doors so they could catch up on orders for... some reason and despite people pounding on the doors they never opened it. We got our food 45 minutes later somehow and it wasawful. This might have been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever experienced and I’ve eaten a lot of that. Read more
Ordered food on 8/15, at like 1 in the morning. After waiting for almost an hour, we get food. We told the worker that all of... our food couldn't have fit in one bag, but she insisted.
