Very underwhelming. Dinner is just ham slider and salad (lettuce, tomatoes, and chopped onion and that?s all). The bar didn?t... have any beer. It was still crowded when we stepped in. Pretty sad affair. We got so spoiled by Centurion and airline lounges. Read more

This lounge is a big disappointment, full stop. 1) Food is pathetic. On my last visit I arrived at about 11:15 and the remnants... of breakfast were still out (a single pop tart and some berries). The lunch buffet didn't come out closer to noon. It was dollarroll sandwiches, very basic salad with ranch or balsamic, Doritos, M&M's, pretzels, and gooey butter cake. Turns out if you wanthot food you either pay a $15 upcharge or they run your Priority Pass card a second time! I asked for a menu and was told to asksomeone else. It took some trying to get that menu. The website totally over-sells the food...even the hot food was prettybasic, but at least better than the buffet. I got a BBQ chicken flatbread. It was inedible. Raw onion was put on top after itcame out of the oven, and was also completely floppy. Very honestly, I would have preferred food from the Taco Bell that used tooccupy this space back in the TWA days. 2) Staff seems really disinterested in being there. I get it, the service industrysucks. But you also pay a decent amount to use this lounge. It's pretty uncomfortable for the staff to act so put out to get youa drink or a menu. I do think that 2 visits ago I was waited on by the manager. She was fantastic and outgoing. The rest of thestaff give me a weird feeling though. 3) I'm really not thrilled that they now don't allow access to the lounge prior toLufthansa departures. It gives a pretty snobbish yet un-earned vibe to only allow Lufthansa business class passengers in onWenesday, Friday, and Sunday afternoons. I'm actually booked in business on Lufthansa soon, yet I still think it's unacceptablethat other paying customers are no longer good enough. 4) The bathrooms are at least extremely clean and very private. Iappreciate that. Being able to get something other than a bud light is also nice. I'm not asking for the world. I'm not askingfor Dom Perignon, beef tenderloin, and someone to kiss my butt. But I am at least asking for a small Read more

Very underwhelming, mediocre lounge experience. It was quiet and not busy on a weekday morning which was a plus, other than that... not really worth the walk there. I grabbed a cappuccino from the automatic coffee machine and a few things from the coldbreakfast bar, then went over to Schlafly?s to use the Priority Pass cash benefit for a real hot breakfast and mimosa. Next timeI will just skip the lounge and go straight to the restaurant as the food options here just weren?t great. If you want a quietplace to work this might be more your jam. Read more

Is quieter than the rest of the airport, does have separate internet, upload and download speeds were around 90Mbps, but I cant... eat data. Food was really low quality. Also very inaccessible for people with dietary restrictions. Mostly cheap and processedwheat and dairy products to which I am allergic. Online description of seasonal menus and local inspired buffets is borderlinecriminal. See photos, but let me save you the trouble, frosted flakes, sorry apples, oatmeal, truvia yogurt, milk, granola, strawberries, and blueberries. Food I'd expect from a cheap to mid-range hotel. I hate to say it but it's not worth the moneyunless you need a semi private place to access internet, like to drink like a fish, would like cheap dispenser coffee, etc. Iwould come back when it is complementary as a part of another service, but would not pay directly out of pocket. It is betterthan nothing. Read more

Nice lounge with tasty sandwiches and a healthy mixed green salad in addition to the usual fare. We arrived at 12:45 PM and... we're told they would be closed to Priority pass holders at 1 pm, only Lufthansa Business Class flyers would be allowed to stay. We were able to grab a quick bite. As we were leaving, we noticed there were only 4 people left in the lounge and it hadn'tbeen crowded to begin with. I don't understand why they limit access. The service was good and the employees were friendly. Justwish we could have finished our salads. Read more
