I had to wait 25 min for "fresh" chicken. It was the worst chicken I have ever had. It was dry and so over cooked it was... mostly bones. Almost looked like they refried leftover chicken...certainly tasted like it. Ate 1 piece out of 10 piecebucket...threw the rest in garbage. Extremely disappointing. Read more
Ordered a big crunch sandwich. Was given just chicken on a bun, with less than a tbsp of mayo and no lettuce (apparently they... were all out and we weren't told). I went through the drive-through today at KFC in Saint Stephen New Brunswick they do not accept your coupons on your phone which... Purchased a 12 piece family meal on October 23rd, 2022. Asked the supervisor who took my order ahead of time what white meat... came in the bucket. He told me 2 breasts and 2 ribs. I got home, a 30kms drive away, to see a bucket filled with tiny wings,three drums, a rib. No receipt given. I tried calling but this kfc doesn't answer the phone. I followed up via email and theperson who opened and replied, Sarang, appeared to share the name of the supervisor who served me. Said he'd get to the bottomof it and get back to me. Not a word.
