Such a terrible experience. Went when they first opened, it was bad but it was new so we gave it another try tonight. Ordered... through their website with over an hour until the pick up time. Got there on time and had to wait. There was a worker juststanding and walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing. They messed up the order, ran out of the pop requested but didn'tsay anything, messed up the sauces. It's unfortunate because there's so much potential for this place to be a greatestablishment if they put any effort in. Read more
Absolutely unacceptable been here twice at Stthomas On. First time didn?t have salad or order they offered noting not even... refund of salad cost. No one know S what they?re doing here no manager absolutely terrible service. Second visit due to beingnew in town I thought give it second chance. Well that was a waste of time. Ordered on apple Opulent let me order certainthings Said it would be 15 min waited the 15 and went in and they told me they had no chicken ready and asked me to wait again.Unexceptionable. Purchased a 9 piece meal tonight.
