Food was ok. Service was terrible at drive through. The woman didn't ask us if we were done our order, just let us sit there. We... then said "should we pull up" no answer, so we pulled up and waited and waited at the window. Pulled up to the second window.The woman acted like nothing was going on. I said we're we supposed to skip the first window? She said yupp and handed me myfood which had no sweet and sour sauce which I asked for twice. Then I had to knock on the window. She didn't hear it. I went through the drive thru on my way home from work, when I got home and began eating the food I got half way through my... fries when I found two COOKED dead bugs in my fries. I tried to call to let the manager on duty at the time know, I wasn?t madmistakes do happen after all. When I told the manager he insisted I was lying and stated ?I?m here most of the time, there is noway there is cooked bugs in your fries?. The manager was not very accepting of the truth and was not very pleasant on the phone,especially dealing with a customer complaint. Read more
