???????? I would say quality of food is close to authentic. Am not a food expert but based on what I have tried on one of my... Japan trips this is close enough. Its my wife?s bday,, we were looking for a nice place to have lunch, we tried out this restoand we were not disappointed. We loved the tonkotsu ramen (our choice of pork chasu) highly recommended servings are huge(1-2person). You can have it spicy by ordering some chili oil on the side. Since we are expecting we my wife can?t have anythingraw, we ordered the volcano california roll, its not just it looks pretty it also taste gooood! Their shrimp Tempura is to diefor.. We can?t get enough of it we came back the next day and brought my friends! They were so happy that we brought them tothis place.
