It wasn't crowded, nice service, machine worked. Kids had fun. Pizza was hot and fresh. Prices are high, bought minutes and... there's no pause machines. Read more
I took my niece several times to this place. Everything would be ok if wasn't for Mark (I think is a manager there.) Is rude. ... Act like he was doing us a favor for letting us go to the play room. He needs customer service training. Read more

The building looks really old from the outside and inside as well and most of the games didn?t work but other than that the... costumer service was good.I recommend for whoever plans to go to this Chuck E. Cheese should just go to another one. Read more
