Came in today to get some lunch and the person calling out the order wants to say i called you 4 times to put me in the spot... when they did not call me once I was waiting wide awake not sleeping as she wanted to claim and yell out loud. This is veryunprofessional if this is the kind of person you have at your location. No matter how long of a day you have had you dont takeit off on others. The food was greatno problems with that at all... everything was fresh, and piled high on the sandwhiches that were ordered. The... only problem that I had was the curbside, the order was placed, i got there 5 minutes early than the time stated on the email,on the email there was a "I'M HERE" button.... I was like cool... dont have to call... well.... not the case... got there 5minutes early, then waited an additional 10 minutes.... didnt think anything of it since it was a big order..... then someonecame out and asked if i was here to pick up an order..... told the employee yes... asked for the name... I told the person thatI had checked in 15 minutes ago.... person told me that they dont get alerts on the curbside... so Mc Alisters... whats thepoint in that if the restruant is busy... and the employees dont notice... please fix that Read more
