Went in and they dont do samples?? What kind of baskin Robbins doesnt do samples? The owners are very CHEAP and cut close to... anything they can without spending money. The "policies" are ridiculous. The people working there are nice but it needs newMANAGEMENT asap. Read more
Typical Baskin-Robbins. Went there by myself after work. Place was still busy despite the pouring rain. It did take the server a... while to notice me. Then she proceeded to take the order of the person behind me like I was invisible or something. But otherthan that the ice cream was great as usual. Ordered a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream and a scoop of pistachio almond icecream in a waffle cone. Read more

Why on earth do they think it is ok to not stuff ice cream down into the cake cone? If I wanted a hollow, empty cake cone I... would just order a scoop in a bowl. You go to any ice cream place and they put ice cream in the bottom of the cake cone beforeputting the scoop on top. It's the glue that holds the ice cream on and it's the best part about getting a cake cone, but no,this place just leaves you with a dry empty cone. So cheap. Read more
