Just today- Order 1241 12:43. Double QB was COLD- actually cold all the way to the middle of the burger meat. WtH was it even... safe to eat! Coke zero was off and out of flavoring. Atleast the fries were Hot but limp and undercooked. No teller at windowfor payment. What a horrible experience! Read more
I drive up to the drive thru. I waited there for approximately 10-15 minutes and no one came over the speaker to take my order.... I decided to drive to the first window but there was no one there. I drove to the second window and after about 5 minutessomeone came to the window , looked up at me and laughed. I asked her if there was something wrong with the speaker and she justlooked down and continued to laugh. A couple minutes later another lady came over but never acknowledge me. I finally asked ifthey would be able to take my order. Again the girl looked at me, looked down and laughed. At that point I decided to leaveand so did the other 3 cars that were in line with me. I come here every week for our weekly soft drink and fries. Like others have said it?s a hit or miss with this location. The... staff isn?t friendly either. I?ve noticed several times workers drinking or eating while I?m getting my order. Today Iencountered the worst experience at the window getting my fries. I asked for no salt and noticed my fries had salt caked on soasked for a new batch. The gentlemen with a lot of tattoos seemed to purposely misunderstand me several times when I asked for anew batch with no salt and sarcastically asked if I wanted a batch of salt then a bag of salt. I honestly dislike confrontationbut had to let him know I didn?t like his tone or treatment. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently the manager Alanwas standing in the back watching the whole thing without stepping in to diffuse the situation. He also did not want to speak tome when I asked him to come to the window. I?ll just make purchases at the McDonald?s in sun valley, their wait is sometimeslonger but their service is consistent. Wow has this location changed..for the better!! I haven't been in over a year due to bad service and horrible food quality.... Coming home late from work, a couple of days ago, just ran in to grab a quick meal and I see a 100 health inspection on thewall! Being in the restaurant biz myself, I can tell you those are nealy impossible to get. Kudos to the staff there! Servicehas changed as well and food quality. Keep up the great work! Read more
