Terrible in so many ways. Bad service mainly, from our waitress and even the manager was off. The food wasn?t good. Our fries... weren?t cooked well. I could still taste the rawness of the potatoes. And the pizza had too much flour. My only delicious mealwas the maple pie from another restaurant in the area. (Les Sucreries D?érable). That was awesome. But the rest was a horribleexperience. The place itself was quaint. The meal left a lot to be desired. We were a table of 8 with groupon coupons to try the restaurant... for the first time. We didn't all get menus and yet the waitress wanted to take our orders. We received one small bread foreight people and when we asked for another, it came about 45 mins later. 6 people received their meals and about 10 mins laterthe others received theirs. Then it was coffee and dessert time. Half the group got coffee and the others were told that theyhad to make a fresh pot.1/2 hour later some of us got dessert and the rest waited again for another 10 minutes and after 20mins we were offered coffee and by this time we said no , just the bills and the wait was on again. The place was understaffed,the food was overpriced on some items with lots of added charges so by the time you were finished, even with the coupon, it wasan expensive place to eat for what you got. This restaurant gets a definite thumbs down and we would not return. By the way..wearrived for dinner at 6:00 and with all the delays, we were only leaving at about 9:30. Also written right on our bill was thata 15% tip was required and the manager made sure to point that out when you paid your bill. I believe a tip is earned for theservice rendered and received which we didn't get....Management got back to me on Feb. 5th asking for some more detals and Iresponded as they asked to their e-mail address and as of today , I haven't had any feed-back. Amazing place to stay. Rooms are quaint and cozy. The bistro has amazing food and ambiance. The only thing I would recommend is... that they should serve a continental breakfast in the morning. Read more
