I dined in today the older cashier lady had a mean attitude from the start. She took forever to take my order even though it was... slow. To make matters worst my taco had 2 long and tiny black thin hairs in the cheese. I went in nicely told her, she actedlike she didn?t see it until I pointed at it and had the audacity to say ?no one has black hair here.? She made the cook make meanother one, she didn?t apologize and the cook just placed the item there didn?t apologize or even look at me. No refund ordiscount was offered nor an apology. The customer service here sucks. Only person maintaining this place from collapsing is thesweet younger lady who was the only polite one who was greeting and very attentive to the customers. This place is great. Their birria has great taste and the portions are nice; compared to other places that leave you with less... meat/more tortilla. I've ordered different items from their menu and haven't been disappointed yet. Read more
I visited Guadalajara few times, enjoyed all delicious Mexican foods there. Super excited to see this new restaurant near by... here. The service is good, everyone is nice and friendly, the food is authentic and flavorful. However, way too salty. Not sureif my order was accidently over salted but I was little disappointed because of the saltty taste compared to other local MXrestaurants in the OC, otherwise I would give it 5 *. And I wish they have side order such salad, bean and rice too. Read more
