The young lady working at this location was working alone, so when I arrived tonight to pick up my mobile order, she had not... been able to make it yet. I went inside and she apologized profusely. She also made one of the best subs I?ve had in awhile. Shedeserves a raise because she went above and beyond to make sure my order was right. Read more
My mom ordered sandwiches online through their website. We got the notification that they were ready, so we headed that way.... Then we were told that it would take a bit longer for our order. Okay? Why tell us that it?s ready when it?s clearly not? So wesat there for 20 minutes to have them tell us that they were out of meatballs. SO THE SANDWICHES WEREN'T EVEN READY BY THENEITHER. After an eternity, the sandwiches were finally handed out to us. But when we got home, we were appalled by thedisgusting carelessness in our food. There were hairs in the subs (mine and my grandmother?s, who hadn?t eaten all day), theingredients were just a globby over sauced mess, and our food wasn?t even warm when it came out.
