I work as a dasher and pick up orders from this store semi-regularly. To the 40-50 something blond manager with glasses that was... working at noon on August 28th, 2022. Shame on you. Being told that you didn't have the shake I was picking up for a customerwas fine, but your attitude when I enquired if your shake machine was still down was not. It was also not warranted that youslam the window in my face and start yelling when I informed you I would have to contact the customer to see what they wanted todo. I ordered a meal and requested light ice for the drink. The medium size cup was full of ice to 2" from the top. I actually got... back in line at the drive through because the dining room hasn't been open for years. The girl said, "I don't remember yourequesting light ice" and asked to see my receipt. I have eaten at multiple Jack in the Box's for years and have never had themnot make it right. Actually I have often requested and gotten free refills. With not having the dining room open Jack in theBox is saving money by never having refills on drink. I will never eat at the Stanwood location again. Read more
I've lived in stanwood for 6 years now, and turnover rate for this place is insane. It seems like one never sees the same people... work there longer than two or three months. Because they constantly must have to train new hires, the food quality and waittimes are inconsistent to a frustrating degree. Corporate, pay your employees more so they have more incentive to stay at thejob, and put more than a skeleton crew on each shift. Read more

This is seriously the worst Jack in the Box on the planet. Every single time I come here (or try to) they?re either closed... (seems like a weekly occurrence) they?re out of half the stuff on the menu and/or you?re in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Theowner of this location needs to do something or just shut this place down because it is absolutely terrible.. Read more
