The food is good, but service is unacceptable. I know everywhere is short staffed, but the lobby is rarely open, have to use the... drive-thru, so we order online. The last 3 visits they have been out of the sides we wanted, this time because we orderedonline, I was told I had to call Corporate office for a refund on the items they didn't have, they couldn't do anything aboutit. After a 45 minute wait in the parking lot on my online order, when we look thru our bags our fish and shrimp dinner wasmissing the fish and the condiments were wrong.
