I ask them to double toast my bagel every time and 70% of the time they don?t toast it at all. Whenever I order online I have to... write in the comments ?please double toast? and it?s the only time they ever do it. I saw a worker on her phone today whilethere were 10+ people in the store and guess what? My bagel was not double toasted or toasted at all for that matter even thoughthe ticket specifically says ?double toasted?. What?s the point in having that option if you?re not gonna do it? Got the order wrong and then refused to refund or change order. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese for breakfast. Because the... cashier didnt hear me through my mask he put down "chicken salad sandwich". When the order came out I corrected him. He thenproceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that they would not refund me even though they got my order wrong.
