Called on Tuesday to order a gift card told I would not have it by Saturday (when we needed it) if mailed. Drove to State... College today to get a gift card, staff knew nothing about gift cards and they were unable to contact manager/owner because hedid not have phone service. Asked staff to attempt to call him and they said they couldn't . Poor customer service. We willhave one disappointed friend because of your lack of customer service. Read more

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service! My mom had some trouble online with her birthday gift, so we went in and they... were tremendously helpful. The next day when I picked up the order, they apologized for running a little behind that day andgave me a chocolate covered strawberry while I waited.
