There?s a lot of places in Happy Valley to eat but this one just became our family favorite because their meals are both healthy... and delicious! My first experience was derived from a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed! There was a line upon entering... but it went by rather quickly. It was also generous of them to have provided masks for those coming in without one. I have comeback several more times with others and only good things have been said. My order is an Apollo, sub the spinach for kale andthe dressing for cilantro lime. The staff was kind when asking for substitutions as well as extra meat. I love the quality oftheir chicken as they make it freshly. It reminds me of chicken kabob and you won?t be disappointed! I recommend this place overchipotle any day! Read more

Love this place. I am not a big fan of rice/grain bowls but Roots does it right. Their menu bowls are great, the Pesto Caesar... (w/ Sriracha), Apollo, and El Jefe (w/ the works) salads being my three faves.
