Edit 5/24/21: Unfortunately, Weirdoughs has fallen far below any decent standard and I can no longer recommend it. Employees do... not sanitize areas or wear gloves (often because they are out), many food safety protocols are not followed, and the store israrely actually open despite the posted hours. Pizzas take an extremely long time to be made and customers have long wait times.It is innovative and delicious when run well but unfortunately management is not able to keep it running smoothly. They alsooffer free pizzas for 5 star reviews, so they're essentially paying to boost their rating. Original: Weirdoughs is a deliciousplace to stop for lunch or dinner! Everything is custom made, the ingredients are carefully selected for quality, and therecipes are closely crafted for taste. It's some of the best pizza I've ever had, which is surprising because of how quick andeasy it is, but it's the quality ingredients that make the difference. They have cauliflower crusts as well as gluten freecrusts, in addition to the original crust, and a host of Weirdoughs original flavors in addition to a full custom pizza system.The store as a whole is still a work in progress, but that only means more to look forward to down the road! Went late at night which might be the reason my rating is poor. Would not advise going while late/busy. I ended up waiting for... about 50 minutes for a pizza which was a tad over cooked but all in all tasted pretty good. Main issue is the employees weregiving estimates of 20-30 minutes, but after waiting for 45 minutes and seeing others who ordered after me receive their pizzasI got employees rolling their eyes at me when I asked to double check on my order to make sure it wasn?t missed.
