Not sure why the website takes online orders if they aren't open, but I placed a party-sized order for delivery several days in... advance. Received confirmation email right away, and payment was charged to my credit card. Called a day or two later toconfirm delivery but phone goes immediately to voicemail. Emailed with no response. On delivery day, attempted contact viaonline chat through app. Messages indicated they were read, but no response. Patiently awaiting delivery outside apartmentbuilding for 30+ minutes. Finally walked to location to find out it was closed. What kind of business accepts an order andtakes a payment when they aren't even open, with no response to multiple inquiry attempts. Website still accepts online orders. It's no wonder the place is shut down. Totally unacceptable business practices. This was my first and last experience withthis restaurant chain. Read more

I've always ordered the garlic parm tenders. I've only gotten a 5 star worthy meal once in my past 4 orders. There is no... consistency with what gets served. This past order was vile. There was no taste to them. The breading/rub had peeled off half myorder. It was like it was half cooked in cold oil. I ate about 10% of my 8 piece order and tossed the rest in the trash. Fantastic, as always. The dry rubs are great and ordering extra crispy wings actually works, here. The honey hot is good, as... well. The pickup option is fast, even for large orders. If you have to wait on a busy night, it's worth the wait. Read more

My experience with Wayne at the Wings Over Happy Valley State College location has been nothing short of perfect and everything... you'd expect. The original story is that I showed up and stated my first name and my last initial and he gave me an order, butwhen I got back to my place only about 5 minutes up the road it was not the food I ordered. Wayne was already working on callingme before I even noticed, apparently there was someone else with the exact same name as me that day, crazy! Wayne made sure tomake things right in a quick and professional manner, and he has been the reason I continue to come back. Even after many visitssince the incident, he has greeted me with a smile and has thanked me for giving the location another chance. We've actuallybecome familiar enough that I don't even have to state my name anymore, he just knows. Whatever Wayne is making isn't enough,and if he isn't a manager already, he should be.
