Never had any complaints about food and one of the few places I would eat in
I've been frequenting this location for nearly six years, while at work. For the most part you see the same staff throughout... their first shift. They have become less, engaging with the customers as the years have gone by. I used to see the group ofolder gentlemen sitting together and talking over breakfast as I'd walk past the window.. I gave my order when I got it it wasn't right return it told them what's wrong. I order a impossible burger with no mayo she... told me it comes with no mayo it came with mayo. I didn't ask for cheese they put cheese on it I order two. I return it thistime they made new ones with one no mayo and one with mayo. I told them I order with no mayo they caught and attitude. I am fully aware of the what comes with eating at fast food establishments. This review was more about the energy and vibe of... the woman working the counter on Tuesday evening, the customer before us was informing her the fries were cold in a respectfulmanner. The employee?s lack of hospitality and nasty attitude was appalling. Doesn?t matter the establishment how difficultwould it have been to say no problem let me get you some new fries, instead the employee responds with I just had one and theyweren?t cold. The woman also said the fries were a little salty and she said we don?t salt them, the customer went on to pointout the salt and the employee said that?s not salt. She then takes a call she puts on speaker and uses profanity. Either way itwas hands down one of the worse customer service experiences I have witnessed in a long time. I think she was a lead ormanager. Come on Burger King you can do better. Wasn?t their slogan you can have it your way. Read more
