I went into this location with my 2 littles asking if they can do the small kid size 1scoop just in the larger cup for the kids... have space in the cup so the ice cream doesn?t end up all over the car. (Which when you have kids under 5 you know thestruggle.) They have new kids working so I asked if they would mind doing it. (I would have paid the $.50 for each cup just tohave the larger cup.) Considering that if you get a come anywhere with children and you ask for a cup they usually give it toyou. The Chinese lady who clearly either owned the store or is the manager was rude and had too many people at the counterservicing just me and my kiddos. (So too many hands are already in the pot.) she didn?t care I was in there with little childrenand didn?t care to hear my question. So, I asked if it was ok to give one scoop kids serving in the larger cup. To which she wasconfused by the question. I explained my need for the larger cup. She said we aren?t supposed to do that. And started to grab atthe soft ice cream machine which I didn?t ask for. I asked for a single scoop! I said wait a minute cause that isn?t the icecream the kids wanted. She was rude and started talking over me and I said you are either going to listen or I just don?t giveyou the business. She repeated fine we aren?t supposed to do it. I asked you aren?t supposed to or are you saying you won?t? Shesaid she won?t. So I said thank you and left. Took my kids and left. Be aware she doesn?t care if you have little kids. AnywhereI go I ask if I can have a larger cup for whatever it is but only the serving for the small so that they don?t spill it. And itusually is never a problem. It?s a problem here. Read more
I LOVED IT PUR THE PLACE IS ADORABLE THE VANILLA SHAKE IS FANTASTIC AND THE STAFF IS BEAUTIFUL:))
I guess filling the cup with ice cream was difficult. Overpriced to get half of a cup of ice cream.
Horrible customer series would not let me wash my hands or use restroom room so I can get a ice cream cone
