The Woodrow location catches a lot of underserved grief from people who complain about having to wait for their coffee/food.... (Which, sure, can be annoying sometimes, especially when we?re all waiting on our first cup of the day.) Although the Charlestonlocation is much faster, typically, Woodrow is usually more consistent with quality. Workers are genuinely hustling as best asthey can, and it?s not their fault that the lines tend to get long. On February 10th 2022 around 7:30 pm the worker had an attitude with the delivery man and I was waiting on line for about 10 min... and nobody came out to the register to take care of me. After a while the worker just show up and throw the mask to the floorand with a fake smile asked me what I want. I said never mind and all I heard was ?byeeeee?.
