The customer service is excellent, food is fresh and the coffee is awesome. I really enjoy going to this location. BUT the store... owner will not open the store on Sundays. So many visitors come from the Ferry and want to drink Dunkin Donuts coffee and notother coffee shops. The community hopes that the owner will reconsider and open this location on Stuyvesant in Staten Island. Read more
Very slow and bad service. Food is not fresh at all. Not recommend to anyone.
Wife loves the coffee and ease of order/pickup. Dunkin needs to give up the doughnuts altogether. Nothing but air and sugar. But... I will still enjoy a 500 calorie blueberry muffin once in a while. Read more
Management is a bit hectic there I gotta double check my orders all the time gotta taste my coffee cause I enjoy an added turbo... shot for a $1 extra but most times they will not add the shot. Read more
